Hel - Alex starts a visual arts practice during the first months of 2020. And shibari practice in November 2020, the learning of which involves active listening, the search for bodily limits and the exploration of queer and feminist sexuality with concern for verbal and non-verbal consent. Their research thematics during a master in Gender and Sexualities studies at Sorbonne. Their shibari learning occurs during their PhD years. This learning occurs both in groups and in private sessions, only between queer people. This leads to photographic and written works during the past 3 years. They have a very early arts education oriented to bodyarts and plastic arts. Mostly influenced by their mother, godmother and grandmother practices on painting, teaching and dance. They passed through dance companies, theaters and body practice oriented spaces in Brazil: Belém, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro; Germany: Berlin; Portugal: Lisbon; France: Paris, Toulon; United Kingdom: London and Holland: Amsterdam and Hoorn.
